I got to know about barley water from a friend, who was consuming it from last 1 year and was all praise about it.
After all that praise, I decided to look out for more information about it. Post all that information gathering I was super impressed about the benefits it offers.

Preparing Barley Water:
- Pearl Barley- 4 Tbsp.
- Water- 1 liter.
- Wash and soak barley for 10 mins.
- In a pan keep water for boiling.
- Add barley to boiling water.
- When the water is reduced to half turn off the gas and let it cool.
- Strain and store the water in a flask.
- Keep sipping this water throughout the day.
- You can also add lemon and honey to it for flavour.
